Okay, so you have decided to make the move and sell your home. NOW WHAT?

Here is a basic overview of what it looks like to work with The DuPree Group:

Step 1: The easiest part - contact us via text, through our contact page, or give us a call. We can set up a consultation that allows us to go over everything. We want to make sure we are a good fit to work together.

Step 2: When we meet, we will do an extensive tour of your home. This allows you to highlight the features you love about your home and gives us the opportunity to suggest things to ready your property for marketing and sale.

Step 3: We will go over our Sold Strategy - don’t worry, you will receive a packet to keep for reference. We know selling your home can entail a lot of info!

Step 4: We will discuss any repairs/updates or items that may need to be addressed prior to listing. These can range from small things such as touching up paint and organizing a closet. There may be larger items that need to be addressed such as roof repair, or fixing a leaky faucet. No worries, we have a list of contractors that we know, work with regularly, and trust to help if needed!

Step 5: We discuss your goals and offer numbers based on the current market values found in the recently sold, active, and pending homes in your area. We also go over all fees associated with selling your home so you are completely prepared for several scenarios.

We know selling your home is a big decision and even an emotional process. We are here to offer professional support and guidance through the whole process. From there, if all are comfortable, we would begin drawing up the paperwork and schedule photos.
