Daniel is a licensed REALTOR.  Prior to joining WP & Company with his wife Kim, Daniel was an educator.  He was entrusted with the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles in four communities.  From his experience working directly with students, teachers, administrators, support staff, parents, and community members, you will see that his perspective on public service and stewardship guides every step in meeting the needs of others.  From overseeing instructional, fine arts, athletic, and student support facilities, he has been involved in property acquisition, construction, renovation, security, utilities, maintenance, and risk management.  From teaching and learning from others to working with human resources, finances, and facilities, he has the experience to help you move forward.  Daniel and his wife Kim serve their clients in the most caring, diligent, and honest manner possible.

Kim is a licensed REALTOR and a professional photographer.  She combines her past experiences managing web and social media sites for business and nonprofit organizations to serve her clients.  She is enthusiastic, highly organized, and professionally utilizes her skillset to market your home or diligently search for the perfect home.  She is a great listener and loves helping each client envision the potential of their next home.  Through the experiences she gained as a registered nurse in neuro ICU and subsequently raising three children, she understands the range of emotions that people face in challenging times.  Kim’s lifelong commitment to helping others makes her a perfect fit to help you reach your personal goals of moving forward.

Daniel & Kim have been married for 31 years.  They have three wonderful children and three grandsons who are their pride and joy.

Daniel is an avid music lover, and as time allows, he enjoys playing the piano as well as composing music.  Kim enjoys anything that has to do with her family and home.
